What free seeds come with my order?

All orders over £50 get 5 free feminized seeds free. The free seed changes on a monthly basis.

How will my seeds be labelled?

All of our seeds will be clearly labelled with a discreet code, we will include a link to this code in your confirmation email.

Has my order gone through?

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email from us straight away confirming that your order has been received and then within 24 hours you will receive a shipping confirmation.

I need to change my order?

That’s not a problem, if you wish to amend your order please drop us a message via our contact form letting us know what changes your would like to make and we will amend the order for you.

IMPORTANT! – You must make us aware of any changes before the order has been shipped.

My order arrived damaged

We do our very best to ensure that your precious seeds arrive in perfect condition, however in the unlikely event that they have been damaged on route to you please send us an email via our contact form and we will replace the damaged items.

IMPORTANT – Please be aware that in some cases we may require proof of the damage and so you may be required to send us a photo, so do not throw anything away until you have contacted us.
