Shipping Queries

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours and as soon as the order is shipped a confirmation email will be sent to you, if you haven’t received the email please double check your spam folder.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, please check your spam folder if you haven’t received this. This will contain your tracking code.

Alternatively if you know your order ID you can use our track my order tool 

Delivery times to some destinations can take up to 30 days, please check your email account for your confirmation email from us, this will contain your tracking code.

Please also bear in mind that your order will be discreetly packaged and the seeds will be hidden inside an item such as a CD case, Face Mask, DVD case or an item of clothing. 

If it has been more than 30 days and you haven’t received anything like this please contact us using the contact form and we will be on hand to help.

If you would like to cancel or change your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make any changes.

IMPORTANT!
Once the order has been shipped we are unable to make any changes or cancel it.

Currently we are able to take payment by Paypal, Bank Wire and Bitcoin. We are working hard on getting a card payment option up and running and hope to have it available soon.

Except for: Africa, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Qatar, Philippines, UAE, Yemen, Syria, Libya, Saudi, Arabia & Georgia.

Your order will be packaged stealth and the seeds will be hidden inside an unrelated item such as a Face Mask, CD case, DVD case or a clothing item. If you have any trouble finding your seeds please contact us before discarding anything.

All of our seeds will be clearly labelled with a discreet code, we will include a link to this code in your confirmation email.

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email from us straight away confirming that your order has been received and then within 24 hours you will receive a shipping confirmation.

We do our very best to ensure that your precious seeds arrive in perfect condition, however in the unlikely event that they have been damaged on route to you please send us an email via our contact form and we will replace the damaged items.

Please be aware that in some cases we may require proof of the damage and so you may be required to send us a photo, so do not throw anything away until you have contacted us.
